The price and matching service was fantastic....I have not yet got my match and understand things take time however ...it would have been nice to have had an email confirming the process so you don't feel like you've been left in the lerch.

I did have to wait a little longer than usual to be matched because of very unique criteria but the people at Cities Away were super positive and helpful. I did not get a penpal from one of my "desired" countries but I got one that was acceptable and I sent my first letter the day I received the address. Let's see if he writes back or not. The Cities Away process and forms were great. The process of payment was super easy. Staff is very friendly and kind.
